Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of pixanami.com (the "Site"), operated by Indie Music Blog ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
Anyone can browse the Site. To send us a message, join the mailing list or submit music, you must be at least 13 years old.
2. Music submissions
When you submit music through the Site, you confirm that:
- you are the artist, or you're authorized by the artist to submit their music; and
- the link you send points to music that is publicly available and that you have the right to share.
By submitting, you give us permission to listen to the music and, if we choose to feature it, to write about it, use the artist name and song title, link to the song, and quote short excerpts of publicly available material (such as an artist bio) in our coverage. We may also use publicly available promotional images of the artist, credited to their source.
Submitting music doesn't guarantee that we'll feature it or reply. Decisions about what we cover, and what we say about it, are ours alone. You keep all rights to your music.
3. Our content
The writing, design and code of the Site belong to Indie Music Blog. You're welcome to quote short excerpts and link to our posts with credit. Please don't republish whole posts without permission.
Music, artwork and photos featured in our posts belong to their respective owners, and we credit them where they appear. We link to artists' own pages so you can listen and support them directly.
4. Credit and removal requests
If you're the owner of an image or other material on the Site and want it credited differently or removed, send us a request through our contact form. Tell us which page and material you mean, and how you're connected to it. We'll review it and respond promptly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site's forms to send spam, abuse or misleading information;
- submit music or other material you don't have the right to share;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers, or upload malicious code; or
- use automated tools to collect content from the Site in a way that burdens it or ignores our robots.txt file.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to websites we don't control, such as streaming services and artists' pages. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or availability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Posts reflect our opinions. We try to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free, or that the Site will always be available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Indie Music Blog won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
